Day 1 - International outbound flight
With international outbound flights from a choice of airports including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Newcastle, Edinburgh, and Glasgow
Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Bangkok.
Day 2 - Bangkok
Upon arrival in Bangkok, you will be met for a private transfer to your hotel. Optional Bangkok's Michelin starred restaurant experience.

Day 3 - Bangkok
Embark on a private guided tour of Bangkok visiting the key attractions such as the Grand Palace and Wat Po (home to the reclining Buddha). Try out Bangkok's different forms of public transport — the Skytrain which winds its way through the skyscrapers and shopping malls, the public taxi boat, a long-tail boat, and of course the ubiquitous Thai tuk-tuk. Finish up around lunch, be sure to ask your guide for a local recommendation.
Day 4 - Bangkok
Today you'll have the opportunity to explore Bangkok's delicious street food with the aid of a local guide. As you try the different dishes available, you'll be taught key phrases for ordering on your own as you continue your journey through Thailand.
Day 5 - Bangkok
This morning you have free time to explore Bangkok on your own. Perhaps stop at another of Bangkok's Michelin starred restaurants for lunch. This evening you’ll enjoy an exclusive 'Chef's Table' dining experience. Your guide will transfer you to a luxury hotel in Bangkok where your multi-course tasting menu will be prepared in front of you by the hotel's chef.
Day 6 – Bangkok, Amphawa
Journey to Amphawa today to see Tha Kha floating market and get a sense of how local people purchase their food. You'll also have the chance to see the railroad market, where the stalls retreat daily at the approach of the train before expanding again to cover the tracks.
Day 7 - Amphawa, Bangkok, Chiang Mai
Your guide will drive you back to Bangkok today for the flight to Chiang Mai. On arrival, you will be met and transferred to your hotel to relax for the afternoon. In the evening visit a local temple to witness the rituals of the monks with your guide. You will then be able to enjoy a delicious Thai meal at a local boutique hotel before visiting a local market. Sample a Thai dessert as a sweet ending to your evening.
Day 8 - Chiang Mai
Spend today exploring Chiang Mai at your leisure. Be sure to try Khao soi noodles or Chiang Mai pork sausage, both local specialties.
Day 9 - Chiang Mai
This morning you will be picked up in a classic vehicle and transferred to your cooking class outside the city. Your teacher, Yui, is a well-known chef within Thailand who will teach you traditional Thai dishes for you to prepare at home after your adventure.
Day 10 – Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai
Transfer today from Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai and your riverside hotel. Spend the afternoon and evening relaxing or exploring the lively and vibrant night market.
Day 11 - Chiang Rai
This morning transfer by 4x4 to one of the hill tribe villages that the area is known for. You'll be able to learn a bit about and try your hand at, coffee farming as well as visit a local Akha village. This tour gives insight into coffee and produces cultivation in Thailand.
Day 12 - Phuket
Sit back and relax on your private transfer to Chiang Rai Airport for your flight to Phuket, via Bangkok. On arrival, your guide will meet you for the transfer to your beach hotel.
Day 13 - Phuket
Relax on the beach today, be sure to try some of the region's delicious fresh seafood.
Day 14 - Phuket
Meet your guide for a tour of Phuket's street food today. The cuisine is distinct from Bangkok's as it's been influenced by Chinese, Malay, and Singaporean merchants as well as featuring fresh seafood.
Day 15 - Phuket
Enjoy your final day in Thailand relaxing or exploring some of the nearby islands.
Day 16 - International return flight
Private transfer to the airport for your international flights home. Your return flight will arrive the same day.
